How it works
Set for Life is drawn daily at 21:30 AEST/AEDT. Players choose seven numbers from a pool of 1 to 44, plus two Bonus numbers from the same range. The draw is conducted by the Lott, the official operator in Victoria and other Australian states.
Each entry requires you to mark seven main numbers and two Bonus numbers on your ticket. Draws happen every night of the week, including weekends and public holidays. Matching all seven main numbers plus both Bonus numbers wins the top prize. Lower divisions pay out for matching fewer numbers in various combinations.
Odds and divisions
The odds of winning the Division 1 prize are 1 in 38,608,020. To put that in perspective, you would have roughly the same chance if you flipped a coin and landed heads 25 times in a row. These are long odds, typical of lottery games that offer significant prizes. The daily draw schedule means more opportunities to play, but each individual entry still faces the same mathematical probability.
If you win
All prize payments are handled directly by the licensed operator of Set for Life, not by Drawswatch. We are an information site; we do not sell tickets or process claims. If you hold a winning ticket, follow the operator's published claiming procedure. Smaller prizes are usually paid automatically into your online account if you bought your ticket digitally. Larger prizes require identity verification and may involve a formal claim process. Keep your ticket safe and check the operator's terms for deadlines.
Where to play
Victorian residents aged 18 or over can buy Set for Life tickets through authorised retailers or the operator's official website. We do not sell tickets. Visit the Lott's Set for Life page for pricing, entry options and current prize information.
